Guests can now cancel their dining reservations up to two hours in advance of their scheduled time at most locations without being charged a cancellation fee.
All Guests need to do is go into their My Disney Experience app or on to DisneyWorld.com and click the cancellation button up to two hours prior to their scheduled time to cancel free of charge. If they fail to cancel by then or are a no-show, the credit card provided at the time of the reservation will be charged a $10 fee per person.
Please note there are some exclusions. This dining policy does not apply to Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical Revue, Victoria & Albert’s, and Monsieur Paul. Each of these venues has its own dining cancellation policies that remain as is.
With this change, Guests will have more flexibility during their Disney vacations so they can enjoy even more time in our Disney Parks at their own pace.
