DCL – Dining on the Disney Destiny

Hungry for something different? Feast on gourmet delights and casual fare at magically themed restaurants. Stroll a breezy boardwalk of fresh food favorites for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Make a pit stop for burgers, chicken, pizza and salads, or chill out with a frozen fruit smoothie or ice-cream treat.  Guests with all kinds of favorite foods will find something delicious on board.    

Rotational dining locations, included in your cruise fare, is the Disney Cruise Line way of making sure that all Guests get to enjoy each of the 3 themed dining venues while on board. You will receive your restaurant schedule upon boarding. Then, each evening, you and your servers will rotate to a different restaurant. As you rotate, the same wait staff—who know your preferences—will serve you each night while you get to experience the unique atmosphere of each restaurant.

What are the 3 Main Dining Venues?  

• 1923 – Travel back in time as you dine amid storyboards, sketches and props recalling the heroes and villains of classic Disney animated movies.
• Worlds of Marvel – Join Baby Groot and Rocket Racoonduring a maravelouslly musical meal featuring hits from the Awesome Mix tapes and celebrate the world’s greatest heroes.
• Pride Lands: Feast of the Lion King – Take your place in the circle of life when you dine at Pride Lands: Feast of The Lion King. This first-of-its-kind musical dining experience celebrates Simba’s courageous journey to fulfill his destiny as King of the Pride Lands.

Up on Deck 11, the pool deck, there are lots of delicious options for meals and snacks.

Marceline Market – Discover an ever-changing menu of specialized offerings at Marceline Market, named for Walt Disney’s early childhood hometown in Missouri. Choose from 10 food stations and a café-style beverage bar, with both indoor and outdoor seating available. Enjoy a walk-around experience for breakfast and lunch, and table service at dinnertime.

Mickey & Friends Festival of Food – Inspired by the seaside boardwalks featured in “Mickey Mouse” animated shorts, this quick service food stop is a fitting addition to Deck 11’ family district.  Grab a quick bite for lunch, dinner or anytime in between on the upper decks.  A variety of delectable offerings and fan-favorite treats are available from uniquely themed food stations including Mickey’s Smokestack Barbecue, Donald’s Cantina, Daisy’s Pizza Pies, Goofy’s Grill and Sweet Minnie’s Ice Cream.

Sweet Minnie’s Ice Cream – This breezy eatery offers unlimited vanilla, chocolate, or swirl soft serve ice cream cones that hit the spot, or the polka dot, from sunup to sundown.   

Sodas – Unlike other cruise ships, the fountain soda flows freely on the Wish.  Located in the pool areas, you will find the beverage stations where you can find your favorite Coke products, coffees, and teas.

Wheezy’s Freezies:  Beat the heat with a refreshing cool-down treat! Inspired by the loveable penguin from the Pixar animated film Toy Story II, this poolside spot mixes up frozen-fruit smoothies for the entire family to enjoy—morning, noon and night!

Edna À La Mode Sweets – If it’s treats you crave, dahling, don’t miss Edna À La Mode Sweets! The world-famous Supers-fashion-fabricator-turned-delicious-dessert designer has repurposed her lab on board the ship for Guests with a fabulous sweet tooth.

Crew Members may assist guests at all food and beverage stations. 

Interested in romantic, adults-only evening out?  The Disney Wish offers two elegant dining experiences where adults can enjoy the tastes of upscale dining experiences as well as an These locations can be enjoyed at an additional charge, but it’s an unbeatable experience.

Palo Steakhouse – Inspired by Cogsworth from Beauty and the Beast, this adult-exclusive restaurant strikes a balance between time-honored Italian fare and modern steakhouse dining.

Enchanté – Inspired by Disney’s Beauty and the Beast, Enchanté is an adult-exclusive restaurant serving French-inspired cuisine.

If you’ve not made advance reservations for Palo Steakhouse prior to embarkation you may still be able to book a reservation once you’re on board.  The Disney Cruise Navigator app will show where the Palo Steakhouse reservations can be made when you board the ship. Palo Steakhouse is very popular, so go straight to that location and book.  Once on board you can book as many Palo Steakhouse reservations as you want. It is only prior to boarding that you are limited to booking just once

To preserve an elegant atmosphere, you are asked to adhere to a strict dress code when dining at Palo Steakhouse and Enchanté.  Please check the Disney Cruise Line Navigator app for full details. 

Feast on fresh, made-to-order dishes in the comfort of your stateroom 24 hours a day—with most meal items included in the price of your cruise.  Meals, snacks, and even desserts are available.  They will even deliver Mickey Bars! Room Service Crew Members are permitted to accept gratuities for the wonderful service. 

The Disney Destiny offers a wide variety of both family friendly and adult-exclusive lounges.  Most venues allow guests of all ages during daytime hours.  In the evenings, many locations become adult-exclusive venues.  Please check the Disney Cruise Line Navigator app for age policies before visiting any venue with Guests under the age of 21 years.  Some venues are incredibly popular and may have a waitlist to enter.  Once inside, there may be a time limit on length-of-stay.

Café Megara – Go from zero to hero at the Hercules-inspired café.

Café Merida – embrace destiny—and caffeine—amid subtle motifs from the Disney and Pixar animated film Brave.

Cask & Cannon – Inspired by the classic Disney parks attraction Pirates of the Caribbean, this swashbuckling pub features plundered treasures, rum bottles, jail cell keys and more.

De Vil’s –Nestled near the Grand Hall, this chic venue mirrors Cruella’s bold attitude and flair for the dramatic. Indulge in trendy martinis, old-fashioned cocktails or high-end bubblies while swaying to the sultry tunes of a black-and-white-spotted piano.

The Sanctum – Journey into the world of Marvel Studios Doctor Strange at The Sanctum. You don’t have to be the Sorcerer Supreme to enjoy the mesmerizing array of spellbinding cocktails, spirits and coffee drinks available at the bar.

Haunted Mansion Parlor – Embrace your fate as you encounter lively “spirits” at the Haunted Mansion Parlor! But be forewarned: grim grinning ghosts are bound to materialize in this spooky hangout serving specially crafted cocktails that are simply… to die for.  

Currents – Ride a wave of relaxation at this open-air bar perched high on Deck 14. Offering commanding views of the sea, shore and sunset, this breezy hotspot is the perfect place to sip a cocktail or beverage and simply take it all in.

Cove Café – Escape to a getaway for coffee or drinks amidst laid-back sophistication and a touch of tropical bliss.

The Rose – Indulge in pre- or post-dinner cocktails at this lavish lounge located at the entrance to Palo Steakhouse and Enchanté.
