Rainforest Cafe® at Disney's Animal Kingdom

This popular chain restaurant features American-style cuisine with tropical twists and is located just outside the entrance to Animal Kingdom.  The décor is inspired by the Amazon Rainforest via a lushly landscaped jungle complete with tropical vegetation, banyan trees, waterfalls, and a starry nighttime sky.  Guests may also be treated to a thunderstorm with thunder and lightning effects.  During their meals, guests are accompanied by animatronic animals including singing birds, trumpeting elephants, and chest-pounding gorillas, as well as aquariums full of brightly colored fish.
