Il Mulino is an upscale Italian trattoria located in the Swan Hotel.  This restaurant features cuisine specifically from the Abruzzi region of Italy.  The restaurant also features a lounge, wine bar, and a private outside terrace overlooking a manicured courtyard and fountain.

Parties of four or more may also choose piatti per il tavolo, or family-style dining, featuring platters of potato dumplings, fresh salads, and rigatoni with wild mushrooms.

Reservations are recommended and can be made up to 180 days in advance.  Vegetarian options are available upon inquiry at the location.

Prices range from $35 – $59.99 per adult.
