Be Our Guest restaurant in Magic Kingdom will soon be getting a brand new dinner menu. While it has always been difficult to get a reservation here, with these new changes into a fine dining experience, it will likely become even more so. The new menu will be a 3-course dinner including a choice of appetizer, entree, and a personal dessert platter.
So let’s take a look at the offerings on the new menu:
Appetizers will include a traditional French Onion Soup as well as new offerings like Charred Octopus with citrus-laced fingerling potatoes, pickled hearts of palm and red pepper coulis; Escargot with herb garlic butter and toasted gremolata; and a selection of assorted meats and artisanal cheeses such as chicken liver pâté, chorizo sausage Manchego, and truffle tremor.
Entree choices will include a Grilled Center-Cut Filet Mignon with potato au gratin, Romano beans, Cipollini marmalade and a cherry-laced red wine reduction
Also available as an entree choice is the Smoked Black-Eye Pea Tortellini with roasted seasonal vegetables, tomato relish and basil-scented tomato water.
Other enticing dishes include Poulet Rouge Chicken, Saffron-Infused Seafood Bouillabaisse, Roasted Lamb Chops and Kurobuta Pork Tenderloins.
We’re still waiting on the details about the dessert, but I sure am hoping it will include The Grey Stuff.
Reservations will open on February 23, 2018 for this new prix fixe menu beginning on July 27. We still don’t have details on pricing, but no prepayment will be required (credit card guarantee is required, however). This will become a Signature Dining experience on the Disney Dining Plan. Have no fear, the Beast will continue to meet guests at the restaurant.
