UOR – Illumination’s Minion Land

Illumination’s Minion Land is a “can’t miss” spot at Universal Studios.  Seriously, you can’t miss it because it’s the fist thing you’ll see when you enter the park!  This charming area may be small like the creatures for whom it’s named, but just like them, it’s full of fun and whimsy. 

Gru and his family have been appearing at Universal Studios for many years, but now he and the Minions have a place of their very own!  Illumination’s Minion Land is now open at the Universal Orlando Resort.  It features 2 fun-filled attractions, themed dining experiences, merchandise locations, and even a place to meet your favorite characters. 

Illumination Theater – Visit Minion Land’s unique ‘meet & greet’ location and pose for photos with Illumination film characters like the Minions, Gru, Margo, Edith and Agnes, along with characters from the film Sing.

Despicable Me Minion Mayhem – A 4-D simulator ride with Gru, Margo, Edith, Agnes, and the minions. Height restriction is 40 inches.

Illumination’s Villain Con Minion Blast – Join Illumination’s Minions, Belle Bottom, Jean Clawed and the rest of the Vicious 6 at Villain-Con as you blast your way to supervillain stardom. Use your E-Liminator X blaster and test your skill in this fun, interactive attraction.

Minion Cafe – Mischief is always on the menu at Illumination’s Minion Cafe. The Minions are hard at work whipping up a variety of tasty dishes – while trying not to bring down the entire restaurant in the process.

Bake My Day – Pop into this walk-in bakery where you can satisfy your sweet tooth with Minion-themed cupcakes, macrons, and cookines. 

Freeze Ray Pops – Step up to this walk-up window and chill with a colorful popscicle or a frosty beverage.

Pop-A-Nana – Treat yourself to sweet or savory popcorn at this kiosk.

Evil Stuff – Stock up for Villain-Con with toy blasters, apparel, and souveniers. 

Super Silly Stuff – This shop is bursing with toys, apparel, candy, accessories, Gru-approved gadgets, and more, including exclusive Despicible Me merchandise.
