Every Guest on board a Royal Caribbean Cruise Line vessel receives top-notch treatment, but there is a service that can be added onto your cruise package before you sail that will have you feeling like a VIP. Royal Caribbean’s The Key is an optional add on that allows you to save time, enjoy access to exclusive services and amenities, and even save a bit of money.
BENEFITS OF THE KEY |
The Key Guests will enjoy the following exclusive and special amenities during their cruise vacation:
Priority access into the terminal (within booked arrival time) on Day 1* – Once they are through security The Key Guests will have access to an exclusive area reserved for Key Guests, loyalty program members and those who are booked in suites. Here you can sit and relax while the crew members attend to your final check-in procedures. Your wait to board will be much shorter, and you will be one of the first passengers to board the ship. The early check-in is between 11:00 AM – 11:30 AM. If Guests are not able to make the early access window, Royal Caribbean will advise them to arrive within their appointment time and they will receive priority access into the terminal.
Carry-on bag drop off in the Main Dining Room with stateroom delivery** – The Key Guests can drop off carry-on luggage in the Main Dining Room by 2:00 PM – your carry-on luggage will then be hand delivered to your stateroom.
Exclusive welcome lunch in the Main Dining Room featuring the Chops Grille® menu – While your stateroom is receiving its final preparations, you can eat a leisurely meal with other Key holders in the Main Dining Room (open from 12:00 PM – 1:30 PM). Select from a menu of appetizers, entrées, sides, and desserts. Royal Caribbean recommends arriving to the terminal no later than 11:30 AM for you to have enough time to enjoy this private lunch.
Private time at onboard activities*** including Rock Climbing, FlowRider and more – Guests who purchase The Key will enjoy the option of a reserved access to popular attractions on board without waiting in line.
Priority departure at tender ports of call from ship-to-shore – At ports requiring the use of a small boat to go ashore (or tender) The Key Guests will have priority departure from the ship to the shore.
VIP access at shows in the Main theater, Aqua Theater, Studio B, and Two70 (all guests must have a reservation in order to qualify) – A premium section of each of the larger venues on each ship is reserved for The Key, loyalty club members and suite passengers. These seats are considered “the best seats in the house.”
VOOM® Surf & Stream – Every passenger can buy access to WiFi. But The Key Guests receive access for 1 device per purchased package of The Key.
Exclusive Debarkation Day breakfast – On the final day of the cruise, The Key holders can enjoy a specialty breakfast prior to debarking the ship. Additionally, The Key Guests will have a reserved time to debark the ship at the end of their cruise.
