Harbor Beach – Kick back to the sounds of the waterfall and fountain on this sandy beach surrounding Harbor Lagoon.  This beach, which is just steps from Arrival’s Plaza, is absolutely perfect for swimming and wading in calm waters.

Chill Island – This is the beach day you’ve been dreaming about – crystal clear tropical waters and powdery sands. Kicking back with your whole crew in a private cabana.  Once you’re feeling recharged, check out the island sights on a guided Wave Jet tour.

South Beach – Amp up the excitement or unwind shoreside at South Beach on Perfect Day at CocoCay Island. There are plenty of ways to make the most of your beach day. Get in on a pick-up game of volleyball, beachside basketball, table tennis, and much more.  Or if lounging is your preferred sport, grab some shade in your own cabana and take in the spectacular views. 

Pools & Youth Activities

Oasis Lagoon – This is no mirage, you’ve found it – the largest freshwater pool in the Caribbean. Make your way through the different coves of Oasis Lagoon®, each with a vibe all of its own. Splash right in at the child-friendly sloping entry or treat yourself to total relaxation in the privacy of your own cabana, complete with attendant service.

Splashaway Bay – Pint-sized cruisers will find gallons of fun at Splashaway Bay℠ aqua park. This bigger, better water adventure features colorful waterslides, water cannons, fountains, pools and whirlpools for tots to tweens (and their supervising parents). And keep your eye on the drench bucket. You’ll want to be there when it tips!  Kids must be potty trained; diapers and swim diapers are not permitted.

Captain Jill’s Galleon – Even the littlest explorers can see what it’s like to be buccaneers for the day on this pirate ship!  Here they’ll find plenty of exciting ways to make a splash. From kiddie slides and colorful interactive water cannons to a lookout tower and a splash pad, this interactive galleon is loaded with swashbuckling thrills for kids of all ages.

Skipper’s Grill – Located right on the harbor, this laid-back guest favorite is one of the island’s main free dining venues, offering delicious options that both parents and kids will love, like crisp salads, assorted sandwiches, tasty tacos and guacamole, juicy burgers and other family-friendly favorites hot off the grill. Also on the menu is fresh tropical fruit and an array of tantalizing desserts.  If you’re in the mood for a cold one, look for the self-serve beer station, available at an additional cost.

Chill Grill – This venue is the largest restaurant on the island.  You’ll find it steps away from the tranquil blue shores of Chill Island.  Chill Grill serves up tasty beachside classics, like burgers, sandwiches (the shaved rib eye cheesesteak is legendary), and tacos you can build yourself, not to mention to-die-for sides like country potato salad and fries. There are also plenty of options available if you’re vegetarian or trying to stay on the light side while rocking that swimsuit, like fresh fruit, crunchy mixed greens and a Portobello and mozzarella sandwich that hits the spot. And of course, you’ll also find a full-service bar and a self-serve beer station in case you’re craving an ice-cold brew or a Bahama Mama. Alcoholic beverages come at an additional cost, but if you’ve purchased a drink package, you’re welcome to use it on the island.

Snack Shack – There are three Snack Shacks on the island.  One is near Oasis Lagoon, another is on South Beach, and the third is located inside Thrill Waterpark (admission required).  These locations serve craving crushers like mozzarella sticks with marinara sauce, crispy salty fries, flavorful beef hot dogs, and a variety of salads. The real hall-of-fame dishes, though, are the signature Shack Burger — served on a brioche bun with American cheese, beef steak tomato, lettuce, and special Shack Sauce — and the Shack Crispy Chicken Sandwich — also served on a brioche bun with pickles, basil and mayonnaise.     With so many tempting beach day fixings, trying not to fill up will be quite the challenge!

A La Carte Dining

Captain Jack’s – Hang like a local while enjoying live jams, salty sea breezes and amazing food and drinks at the Perfect Day at CocoCay island. Live musicians set the mood with tunes all day long, while sweeping waterfront views remind you that it’s five o’clock somewhere — so why not let loose? The menu here is a la carte and spotlights crispy golden steak fries and chicken wings served up with an assortment of signature sauces.  There’s a full bar fashioned after a skiff, too, and hanging rope swing seats to help get you running on island time if you aren’t already. Once you’re here, you’d better settle in and start sipping, because you’re not going to want to move anytime soon.

The Grille – Savor elevated contemporary Mediterranean flavors at a sophisticated beachside restaurant that is exclusively for Guests who purchase entrance to Coco Beach Club.

Bars and Lounges

Have a drink package on board the ship?  Take it with you for your Perfect Day!  Enjoy the land, swim up, and floating bars for an iced cold beer, tropical drink, or one of the island’s signature drinks.

Swim-Up Bar at Oasis Lagoon – Complete with in-water tables, this happening cocktail spot is home to a team of talented bartenders who know just how to mix up the perfect Coco Loco — the island’s signature drink. There’s music constantly playing on speakers to keep the party vibes here going strong, but dive below the surface of the water and you’ll find you can still hear the beats, thanks to state-of-the-art underwater speakers.

Floating Bar – Even if you want to spend the day lounging shoreside or snorkeling the colorful coral reefs near South Beach, you don’t need to go far to find your favorite beach day sip. In fact, you can cool off with an ice-cold beer, a piña colada or a Coco Loco without even getting out of those crystal-clear Caribbean waters. Located within easy wading distance from the shore, the island’s famous floating bar is the place to go for the ultimate drink in paradise — just look for the floating tiki hut and head toward it. Before you know it, you’ll be soaking up views and floating along in an island state of mind as you bob gently on the waves.

Wacky Seagull & Wacky Seagulls Jr. Bars – The two sister bars, located at opposite ends of Chill Island, make it easy to grab cocktails or beer any time you feel like you want a refresher.  Snag a drink and bring it back to your daybed or private cabana to enjoy beachside or stay a while at the bar and let the sound of crashing waves carry you away.

Tram Service – Get around the island on a tram line that runs every 15 minutes between Thrill Waterpark Station and South Beach/Oasis Lagoon.

Beach Access Wheelchairs – These are first come, first served and can be picked up at three location on the island.

• SeaPass card: Serves as your identification, allowing you to access the ship and make purchases on the island.
• Perfect Day map: Available in your stateroom, at the Shore Excursion desk and also available on the mobile app.
• Beach towels: There’s no shortage of beach towels on board the ships—be sure to stow some in your tote bag to take advantage of all the water activities on the island.
• Sun protection: This includes sunscreen, hats and rash guards. The Bahamian sun is strong!
• Closed-toe shoes: Required for the 1,600-foot-long zip line.
• Cash: You’ll need it if you want to shop for local crafts at the island straw market.
