The elegant design of the dining room combined with the gourmet menus designed and the stunning views of the ocean will deliver one of the most exceptional dining experiences at sea.

Dining at Remy, an Adult Exclusive dining venue on board the Disney Dream and Disney Fantasy, is like being transported to an authentic fine-dining restaurant in the City of Lights. Reminiscent of the well-appointed dining rooms of Chef Arnaud’s native Paris, Remy is softly lit and designed in a timeless art nouveau style featuring soft greens, rich reds and gold tones. Graceful, sinuous lines adorn the chairs, glass carvings and wall etchings, as sweeping floral and leaf designs embellish the carpet and lighting.
Adding to the sophisticated ambience, tables are set with Frette linens, Riedel glassware, Christofle silverware and china created exclusively for the restaurant. For an added dollop of Disney magic, Remy—the character from the hit Disney·Pixar film Ratatouille—appears in artful ways throughout the restaurant’s design.
The Wine Room
Wine lovers can opt to dine amid more than 900 bottles of Old and New World wines in the luxurious glass-enclosed Wine Room with marble flooring.
Remy is available for brunch and dinner and reservations are required. A reservation can be made online in advance or on board the ship. Due to the popularity of Remy, making reservations prior to the cruise is recommended. When dining at Remy, Guests will skip the regularly scheduled, rotational Main Dining restaurant. This premium dining experience is available an additional charge.

Dinner
A French-inspired menu of superior seasonal ingredients ensures dining at Remy is always a first-rate gastronomic affair. Gourmet selections are specially crafted by Chef Scott Hunnel, from the award-winning Victoria & Albert’s at Walt Disney World Resort and advising Chef Arnaud Lallement—a 3-Michelin-starred chef who not only helms the celebrated l’Assiette Champenoise restaurant just outside Reims, France, but was also recently named one of the world’s 10 best chefs in a list compiled by Le Chef, which was voted on by other 2- and 3-star Michelin chefs from around the globe.
At Remy Guests will choose from one of two pre-fixe tasting menus steeped in the rich legacy of epicurean excellence. The Saveur Menu is designed by Chef Arnaud and the Gout Menu is designed by Chef Scott. Dinner begins with a complimentary “Collette,” a chilled Champagne cocktail prepared at your table. A quick glance at the seasonal menu reveals Chef Arnaud’s culinary influence throughout, with multiple tasting courses made up on artfully prepared dishes celebrating the sea, the earth and fresh ingredients culled from the world market.
Guests also get to enjoy the global offerings of a gourmet cheese trolley, an extensive wine menu and after-dinner coffee service. A-la-carte offerings are also available at Remy.

Remy Champagne Brunch
Indulge your palate during an elegant Champagne brunch featuring a glass of bubbly and a French-inspired prix fixe meal that includes such delicacies as vegetable risotto, lobster cannelloni, sea bass, veal, gnocchi—and a decadent dessert.
Remy Dessert Experience
Treat your taste buds to a delectable 5-course dessert menu served with coffee. This adults-only event features an in-depth discussion with Remy’s Executive Chef and Pastry Chef, who will take turns explaining the history and evolution of each sweet selection.
Petites Assiettes de Remy
Embark on a tour of Remy and a 6-course wine tasting paired with small plates of gourmet cuisine. Hosted by Remy’s Executive Chef and Sommelier, this unique “tiny plates” dining experience is offered during the early evening hours on the first day of your cruise and concludes with dessert at the private Chef’s Table.
