Palo is an adult exclusive restaurant aboard all four the Disney Cruise Line Vessels. This location features Italian fare with a twist. Palo, which is named after the long poles used by gondoliers, is designed around elegant décor and furnishings. The upscale surroundings are complemented by the floor-to-ceiling windows that offer ocean views from almost every table.
Palo is available for brunch and dinner and reservations are required. A reservation can be made online in advance or on board the ship. Due to the popularity of Palo, making reservations prior to the cruise is recommended. When dining at Palo, Guests will skip the regularly scheduled, rotational Main Dining restaurant. This premium dining experience is available an additional charge

Dinner
At Palo, incomparable Italian dining and impeccable service sure to exceed your expectations are always on the menu. When you order from the pre-fixe menu (set price) you will receive a delicious four-course meal that begins with artfully prepared appetizers, followed by a choice of salad or soup, which leads to a main course that will transport you to the heart of Italy as you pamper your palate with freshly prepared specialties. For a sweet ending, discover a culinary confection of freshly made desserts.
True to form, there’s an abundance of fine European wines and Italian-American-inspired cocktails like the Bellini and the Italian surfer—and cappuccino, espresso, lattes and café mochas.
An a la carte menu is available in addition to the favorites on the pre-fixe menu. Menu items and pricing subject to change and may be subject to VAT in certain regions, where applicable.
Brunch
Palo also brings its flair for fine Italian cuisine to a brunch service that features a selection of hearty favorites. Brunch is offered on all ships on most sea days. Check the Disney Cruise Line Navigator app for dates and times while on board.
Platinum Castaway Club and all adults in their stateroom can experience a complementary brunch or dinner at Palo and may order from the prix fixe menu. A-la-carte menu items may be added at an additional charge.

To preserve the elegant ambiance of this restaurant, you are asked to adhere to a dress code when dining at Palo. We recommend dress trousers or slacks and a collared shirt for men, and a dress, skirt or slacks and a blouse for women. Jeans may also be worn if in good condition (no holes). Please no tank tops, swimsuits, swimsuit cover-ups, shorts, hats, cut-offs, torn clothing, t-shirts with offensive language and/or graphics, flip-flops, or tennis shoes.
