Guests at the Disneyland Resort Hotels can bypass the front desk when they arrive at the Disneyland Resort, allowing them to jump straight into the magic! Direct-to-Room Service is accessed and completed using the Disneyland app or the Disneyland desktop site. Please take note of these important steps and contact your Dream Designer with any questions.

Direct-to-Room service is a feature that allows Guests of the on-site Disneyland Resort Hotels to use Online Check-In service and the Disneyland app to simplify your arrival. This service offers Guests the opportunity to go directly to their room while still enjoying a magical Disney welcome!
If you wish to save time with Direct-to-Room service at Hotels of the Disneyland Resort, please follow these simple steps:
- Tap the ☰ feature menu and open the tile menu.
- Choose the “My Hotel Reservations” tile.
- Your eligible check-in date will be listed, which starts within 5 days of your arrival. You can view your eligible check in date in this section of the app (also available on the Disneyland web site.)
- Tap to start your on-line-check-in once the service is live on your app (or desktop).
When your room is ready, the Disneyland app will display your room number and allow you to enter your room by using a digital key. If you would like a physical card, complimentary Key to the Magic Cards can be requested at the hotel Front Desk and may be used to unlock doors as well as other common areas at your Disneyland Resort hotel.
