
1. Open the My Disney Experience app and tap the map pin icon at the bottom of the page.
2. Select the category titled, “Characters” to drop pins on the map of character locations in real time. The map will show a Mickey Mouse profile icon wherever Characters are currently greeting Guests.
3. If you prefer to see a list of character appearances, tap “List View”.

Mickey
- At Chef Mickey’s, complement him on the fabulous meal.
- Ask him about his nephews, Morty and Ferdie.
- Ask Sorcerer Mickey if he sees any brooms around.
- Tell him he looks very handsome in a tuxedo.
- Ask him if he and Minnie have special plans for the weekend.
- Ask him if he can teach you how to drive a steamboat.
Minnie
- Paint your finger nails or toenails red with white polka dots.
- Ask Minnie how many dresses she has. Try to ask her in front of Mickey.
- Tell Minnie she’s the real princess.
- Ask Minnie about her cat, Figaro.
Donald
- Ask Donald Duck where Mickey Mouse is.
- If you have the talent, speak to Donald Duck in a duck’s voice.
- Wear a Mickey shirt/hat around Donald.
- Tell him he is the “real” star of the show!
- Ask him to say hi to Daisy or Huey, Duey, and Luey
Goofy
- Tell him to say hi to his son Max.
- He likes sports – ask him to demonstrate his favorite sport.
- Ask him what size shoe he wears.
- Where can I get one of those stylish green hats?
- He likes to flirt – tell him you have a crush on him! He will try to “steal” you away.
Pluto
- Ask if he likes to be scratched behind the ear.
- Tell Pluto to that he’s a very good boy.
- Tell him you will dogsit for him when Mickey’s out of town.
- Try to play peekaboo with him. He will use his ears to hide.
Daisy
- Compliment her taste in bows.
- Wear pink/purple.
- Mention that she has great fashion sense/style.
- Tell Daisy that Donald is a lucky duck.

Snow White
- Ask Snow White how the Dwarfs are doing—how is Sneezy’s cold?
- Ask her about her favorite kind of pie.
- Tell her to watch out for old women offering her apples!
- Ask her for some tips on getting woodland creatures to help tidy up your own “cottage.”
Cinderella
- Ask her if she goes to the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique to get her hair done.
- Ask her if glass slippers are comfortable.
- Inquire if she is more friendly with her stepsisters now.
- Ask if the mice live in the castle with her and Prince Charming.
Aurora (Sleeping Beauty)
- Ask her to tell you her favorite gift from the Good Fairies.
- See if she will tell you if she likes the pink dress or the blue dress.
- Ask her if she ever thought she was a princess when she lived in the cottage in the forest.
Ariel
- Ask about Sebastian, Flounder, and King Triton.
- Mention her daughter Melody, and Prince Eric.
- Ask if Flounder has ever met Nemo.
- Can she switch between her fins and human legs?
- Ask if she still uses a dinglehopper to comb her hair?
Belle
- Speak French to Belle.
- Ask Belle to recommend her favorite book.
- Ask her if the Beast is a very messy eater.
- Ask her if her father has invented anything interesting lately.
- Tell her to say “hi” to Mrs. Potts and Chip.
- Say you’d love to come to dinner at the castle to see those dancing plates!
Jasmine
- Ask if she traveled by magic carpet to Florida.
- Check to see how Genie is doing.
- Ask if Abu and Rajah get along.
- Tell her you’d like to visit Agrabah and ask her for directions by magic carpet.
- Tell her you think she will be a wonderful Sultan one day.
Pocahontas
- Say, “wingapo” ( “hello” in Powhatan).
- Ask if Miko and Flit are nearby.
- Tell her that you love her necklace and wonder where you can get one like it.
- Tell he which forest animal is your favorite and ask if she has one, too.
- Ask her to teach you words in Powhatan.
Mulan
- Ask Mulan if she can tell you the most important thing to know about being a strong warrior.
- How is Shang?
- Ask if crickets really are lucky bugs.
- Check if Mushu is still looking after her.
Tiana
- Ask if she will share her favorite recipe.
- Inquire if any special dishes are coming to Tiana’s Palace?
- Ask her for tips on visiting New Orleans.
- Share that you love jazz music.
- Tell her that she’s inspiring.
Rapunzel
- Tell her you love to paint.
- Ask her if she has a favorite frying pan.
- Tell her you would love to braid her hair.
- Ask if she has a favorite kind of flower to put in her hair.
- Ask her to tell you about the lantern festival.
Merida
- Ask her if she can teach you how to “loose” an arrow.
- Tell her that you love her curls.
- Ask her how fast Angus can run.
- Tell her you’d like to visit Scotland.
- Ask if her brothers are still getting into trouble.
Anna & Elsa
- Ask them if they would like to build a snowman.
- Ask them if they have any tips to look “beautifuller.”
- Ask Elsa to tell you about her favorite snow/ice creation.
- Ask Elsa if Marshmallow returned her tiara.
- Ask if they have any chocolate.
Moana
- Say, “Bula” (“Hello in Fijian) when you meet her.
- Tell her you’ve always wanted to meet a Wayfinder.
- Inquire if she knows how you can find Maui.
- Tell her your favorite sea creatures and ask her about her favorite.
- Ask if she has run into Crush and Squirt on her adventures.
Raya
- Greet her in Vietnamese: “Xin chào, Raya!”
- Ask her what it’s like to travel through Kumandra.
- Tell her that you’d love to meet Sisu.
- Ask her if she has any advice on how to be brave and strong like her.
All Princesses
- Talk to them about their background stories.
- Show them your jewelry.
- Wear clothing with an image of a princess on it.
- Bow to them or cal lthem, “your highness.”

Winnie the Pooh
- Ask him if he’d like to share some tea and “hunny.”
- Tell him that red is a good color for him.
- Greet Pooh as Mr. Sanders.
- Ask if Christopher Robin is in school.
- Call him a “silly old bear.”
Tigger
- Tell him he looks better in stripes than polka dots.
- Ask him for bouncing lessons.
- Tell him to be on the lookout for Heffalumps and Woozles.
- Ask him if he has a spring in his tail.
Piglet
- Ask him if he likes to snack on acorns.
- Ask if he’s gone Woozle hunting with Pooh.

- Tell Eeyore to hold onto his tail.

Ask any of the Pooh friends to meet you by the lake for a game of Pooh Sticks.

Sheriff Woody
- Tell him that there’s a snake in his boot.

If you are wearing something with the character’s image on it, they will give you lots of attention.
After a picture op, tell a fur character they blinked, or their eyes were closed.
