We’ve all been wondering about the refurbishment around Planet Hollywood Observatory™ at Disney Springs for some time. Now, some details are starting to be released, and it appears another big-name chef is coming to Disney Springs.
Yes, Guy Fieri (most know him from Food Network), will bring his menu of burgers and sandwiches to the newly refurbished location. His menu will be exclusive to this location, and could make for an entertaining dining experience. In addition to the announcement of Guy Fieri, a recent hardhat tour of the construction site announced a new 4,000 square foot video wall will add extra state-of-the-art media content to the restaurant.
The full menu has not been announced yet, but the Planet Hollywood Observatory™ Facebook page has been leaking a few pictures of new items. Check out these desserts served in a mason jar.
If you had ever dined at the pre-refurbished location, you can expect a completely different experience. There is no firm opening date, but the official Facebook page states that the restaurant will open in the fall.
