A traditional travel agency works toward getting a reservation made for you. Being that we specialize only in Walt Disney World® Resort and Disney Cruise Line® vacations, and go so far beyond the reservation with the special services we provide, we like to think of ourselves as a Travel Service.
We will assist you in choosing the right resort, room/cabin choice, ticket plan, and dining package which suits your family and budget. We will then assist you with your dining choices and even make your reservations for you. Up until your travel date, you will receive a weekly Disney Tip in your email. We will constantly monitor your reservation for Disney Discounts. Before you leave for your trip, you will receive a package from us with more tips, park maps, a resort map, your reservation details, and most importantly, Customized Daily Park Plans…. a step by step plan for visiting each park to help you avoid the longest lines and to see the most attractions.
Disney pays our company a fee for providing these services to you. The price you pay for your vacation is the same whether you book with Disney direct or with My Mickey Vacation Travel. However, with our Discount Checking service, we may find a discount that you weren’t aware of.
On occasion, Disney will lower there rates based upon the season, crowd levels, and room availability. At My Mickey Vacation Travel, we are constantly monitoring for these discounts. When a promotion is released, we automatically review EVERY RESERVATION to see if it can be converted to the promotion. While we can never guarantee that the discounts are available and applied, we make every effort possible to see that they are.
Yes. Your consultant will go over the many different dining options that Disney provides, and help you select the experiences that your family will enjoy the most. Disney dining operates with a 180-day advance reservation window. For each family, we will be on the phone at 7:00 a.m. on the 180th day to get the very best availability. All dining reservations are confirmed in advance of your travel by your consultant, as well.
A small deposit is required when the reservation is made. The amount varies based upon the type of reservation, or whether it is a WDW or Cruise vacation. Your deposit is made by My Mickey Vacation Travel directly with Disney. At no time does My Mickey Vacation Travel charge your card. You have peace of mind that your money is deposited directly with Disney. Walt Disney World does require the balance to be paid 45 days prior to arrival.
Yes. If your vacation was booked directly with Walt Disney Travel Co., Inc either by phone or on their web site, your vacation can be assigned to our agency with a simple process FOR FREE. Your reservation simply transfers with no additional fees or charges…and your reservation number stays the same. Then…we can provide all of our FREE services to your family.
We are sorry, but as a professional courtesy, we will not request a reservation transfer from another agency.
